When "Art" Takes Over (the II Part)

...and in this part is now at Williamsbourg photographer Jacob Pritchard.
Embracing, working with their laptops, sleeping, lying close their cats...lovers, friends, workers, dreamers...this is what his captures are about: stolen shots of an ordinary Sunday morning in the rooms of some young New Yorkers.
Pritchard's idea, who now lives himself in NYC, in the Brooklyn area, is expressed in the "Pictures in bed" series, in which he takes pictures of some of his friends living their intimacy then letting them choose which captures will become part of the series and which ones won't.
Pritchard installs both camera and lights on the ceilings of their rooms, with a fixed framing above their mattresses and he sets it to a device which let people take pictures directly from their bed.
